2. Does Spendwork have its own App?
Yes, Spendwork is currently available on the Google Play Store. Simply open the Play Store and search for “Spendwork” to find and download the app. Our iOS version will be released soon — stay tuned!
3. Is there a registration fee?
No, registering an account on Spendwork.com is completely free.
However, freelancers who wish to list services, bid on projects, or access premium platform features will need an active membership plan. New users receive a Free Plan, and after this, paid plans start. You can check out the "Pricing Plans" page. Link: Pricing Plans - spendwork.com
4. How do I register?
To register:
Visit Spendwork.com homepage.
- Tap the three-line menu button in the top-right corner.
Click "Sign In," then "Register" below it and enter your name, email, and password.
Sign in via Gmail or verify your email to activate.
For Freelancers: After account registration is complete, Visit Pricing Plans page.
Select the Free Plan and proceed to "Free Access "(Zero price).
Complete the verification form—no document upload is required at this stage for individual Freelancers. Please fill in all mandatory fields: your name, phone number, discount code (if any), email address, date, tick the consent statement, and provide your signature. Note: If you are registering as a business freelancer, you must upload a valid Business Registration Certificate in the verification form.
Submit your verification form, approval typically takes about 48 hours.
Once your submission is verified, you will be notified through email or through Whatsapp.
After verification is confirmed, Create a Freelancer Profile. Please Check FAQs Number 9 giving guidance on how you can build your own Freelancer Profile.
After Freelancer Profile is built, create listings. Please make sure to create attractive listings, similar to listings mentioned on FAQ 10.
Please Read FAQ 10 and 13 which provides guidance on how you can create listings on Spendwork platform.
Additionally, Freelancer will be able bid on projects and contact with clients directly. Please Read FAQ 14 to know more about bidding.
- Lastly, Freelancers would be able claim for "Freelancer PRO Badge", Please read FAQ 15,16,17 and 18.
This streamlined process gets you fully set up and ready to work on Spendwork quickly and securely.
5. Can clients leave comments or reviews on my gigs/adverts?
Yes, clients can leave comments on your gigs and submit reviews after project completion. Reviews typically include a star rating and optional feedback, visible on your gig page to build your profile and attract more clients. This feature helps maintain transparency and trust.
6. I am seeking for a freelancer (example: An electrician). I don't have time to check Spendwork.com or app, is there a way I can post a request and Freelancer can contact me directly?
Yes. First you should get registered on Spendwork.com. After registration you will be able to post request(s) through home page "Post a Request" button OR through the link below:
Fill out the relevant details and submit your request. Once approved, your request will be posted on our "Request Page,".

The request page is where our freelancers in our community check for opportunities. Freelancers will contact you directly with their bids and pricing. You may receive multiple offers from various freelancers during this process, allowing you to compare options and select the best Freelancer that fits your needs and budget!
7. How do I pay for the monthly plans?
New freelancers on Spendwork join for free: simply select the Free Plan, complete your verification process, and start creating listings to begin freelancing right away. For any payments related to membership upgrades, payment is made through bank transfer and upload your receipt directly in the verification form you'll see during the plan purchase process.

9. I am a Freelancer, how do I build my Freelancer profile?
We’ve prepared an example profile to help you understand how your own should look. Use the link below to explore it and gather ideas for setting up yours. Make sure your profile appears professional—your profile picture and related posts may be featured in our social media promotions to highlight your gigs and adverts. You can also include links to your social media pages, personal website, to create a strong, well-rounded professional presence.

10. As a freelancer on Spendwork.com with registration and verification completed, how do I create my first listing?
Freelancers on Spendwork can create regular listings. In the content of these example listings, find a link button to access a PDF file to view how fields are filled out.

11. As a verified freelancer, I can't see some clients' contact numbers on the Request Page. How do I reach out to them?
If you can't see the requestor's contact number, this is because Spendwork.com hides that information intentionally to protect listings from third parties. Only Spendwork verified community freelancers can access them. If you are a verified Freelancer, contact us via Contact Us for the requestor's details and we will provide contact information to you.
12. As a freelancer, can I track my revenue records on the Spendwork dashboard?
Yes, you can! To ensure your revenue records stay accurate and up-to-date on your dashboard, simply ask clients to click the "Buy Now" button after completing their bank transfer to you. This triggers an order request to appear in your dashboard right away. Once you've finished the work, hit the "Delivered" button, and your earnings will update instantly complete with a clear graph view showing your total revenue trends over time for easy tracking and insights.
13. As a business does the membership payment vary?

14. How does bidding and project requests work on Spendwork.com?
Freelancers can interact with clients in multiple ways:

This system works similarly to global freelance marketplaces, giving you full control as a Freelancer.
15. What is the Verified Freelancer PRO Badge?
The Verified Freelancer PRO Badge highlights freelancers who have confirmed their identity with Spendwork.
This badge builds trust and credibility by showing that the freelancer has completed additional verification. Speedwork verifies identity only and does not manage payments, contracts, or disputes.

16. As a Freelancer, how do I get a Verified Freelancer PRO Badge?
To get the Verified Freelancer PRO Badge, log in to your Spendwork account and visit the Pricing & Plans page. Scroll down to the Membership Plans section, where you will find the Verified Freelancer Badge option.
Click Sign Up and proceed to checkout (there are no charges). You will then be directed to a Verification Form.
On the form, you’ll be asked to upload a government-issued ID which is required to obtain the PRO Badge.
Once your submission is reviewed and approved, the Verified Freelancer PRO Badge will be displayed on your profile. Please note that verification confirms identity only.
17. Does Spendwork take a fee for the Verified Freelancer PRO Badge?
No — Spendwork does not charge a fee for the Verified Freelancer PRO Badge. Verification is optional and available at no cost to help you build trust and visibility with clients.
18. Where can I see the Verified Freelancer PRO badge?
Please visit the link below; you’ll be able to see the PRO badge displayed on the freelancer’s profile.
19. Can I set my own prices?
Yes.
Spendwork is a 100% commission-free platform, meaning you keep everything you earn.
You decide:
Your service rates
Your availability
Your working locations
Additional packages or extras (Fiverr-style & Upwork syle tiers)
20. How do I get paid?
Clients may pay you directly, using any mutually agreed method:
Online transfer
Cash
Upfront or partial payments
Milestone-based payments
Spendwork does not take commission and does not interfere with how you and your client choose to arrange payment.
(Note: Users are encouraged to maintain receipts or proof of payment for safety.)
21. What if I face an issue during or after a work?
Spendwork encourages professional, respectful communication between clients and freelancers to resolve issues directly.
Spendwork is not responsible for settling disputes.
22. What happens if I don’t renew my plan after expiry?
If your membership ends and you do not renew it within the 10-day grace period:
Your service listings published on the platform becomes hidden
Some platform features may be restricted
Once you renew, all listings will become publicly visible again.
23. Does Spendwork take any commission from my earnings?
No. Spendwork operates on a fully commission-free model.
You keep 100% of your earnings.
