Services are provided in line with Maldivian legislation, regulations, court practice and Shariah-based legal principles, ensuring advice that is accurate, practical, and locally relevant. As a licensed lawyer, all consultations and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and professional care.

Practice areas and hourly Zoom fees

• Zoom consultation – Land law: MVR 120 per hour (property ownership, boundary issues, leases, sales, land use rights, etc.).

• Zoom consultation – Business and commercial law: MVR 120 per hour (company formation, shareholder matters, contracts, commercial disputes, compliance and regulatory issues).

• Zoom consultation – Criminal law: MVR 200 per hour (rights of accused, defence strategy, case review, procedural guidance, and general criminal law advice).

• Zoom consultation – Shariah law: MVR 150 per hour (family matters, inheritance, contracts, and other Shariah-related legal questions within the Maldivian context).

Extra consultation add-ons

• Quick Legal Insight: 1 legal question answered, brief document review, and short written notes or guidance. Delivery within 2 days. Fee: MVR 100 per task.

• Legal Review Session: Up to 2 legal questions, document review, and a structured summary or breakdown of findings and recommendations. Delivery within 3 days. Fee: MVR 250 per task.

Contract and document drafting packages

• Basic Package: Drafting or reviewing one agreement/contract, privacy policy, disclaimer, or terms and conditions (1–2 pages). Includes up to 5 revisions and 2‑day delivery. Fee: MVR 350 per task.

• Standard Package: Drafting or reviewing one agreement/contract, privacy policy, disclaimer, or terms and conditions (3–5 pages). Includes up to 5 revisions and 3‑day delivery. Fee: MVR 600 per task.

How to select and pay:

• Read the description carefully and choose your area of interest.

• It is recommended to contact the seller by clicking “Send Message” to discuss details such as agreeing on the meeting time, duration, and topics to cover. If not, simply follow the steps below.

• For a one-on-one Zoom consultation, go to the “Date” section and select your preferred date and time. You can choose multiple time slots if needed (please note fees are hourly).

• In the “Tiers” section, select the type of booking you want, such as Zoom consultation – Land Law or any other option.

• The “Extras” section allows you to select additional services if needed. You can also choose extras alone without booking a session.

• Once all details are complete, click the “Request to Book” button, and notify the seller by sending a message. After the seller approves your booking, they will notify you by message. You will also receive an email and a notification in your profile’s “Bookings” tab. There, you can view your booking and proceed to payment.
